License Agreement
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Whirrls, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and the individual or entity obtaining the license, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."
1. Grant of License:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate the illustrations from the Whirrls Pack into their own personal or commercial projects, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses:
The Licensee is permitted to:
Use the illustrations in any personal or commercial project.
Modify, adapt, or customize the illustrations to suit the requirements of the project.
3. Prohibited Uses:
The Licensee may not:
Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Whirrls Pack or any modified version thereof.
Use the illustrations in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable laws.
Claim ownership or authorship of the original Whirrls Pack or any modified versions.
4. Attribution:
While not required, the Licensee is encouraged to provide attribution to the Whirls Pack in their projects. Attribution may be in the form of a credit or acknowledgment, mentioning the use of Whirrls Pack, but it is not mandatory.
5. Intellectual Property:
The Whirrls Pack and its original illustrations are the intellectual property of the Licensor. This License Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Whirrls Pack but grants the Licensee the specified rights to use and modify the illustrations.
6. Warranty and Liability:
The Whirrls Pack is provided "as is," without any warranty, express or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Whirrls Pack.
7. Termination:
This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time if the Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Whirrls Pack and delete all copies in their possession.
